This Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing will not disappoint. What you need: 1 cup of loosely packed, roughly chopped, cilantro (with stems removed) 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 3 Tbsp sour cream 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 small lime) 1-2 cloves of garlic 1/4 cup of olive oil 1.5 tsp white vinegar 1/8 tsp salt What you do: Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.

This Lemon Poppy Seed Vinaigrette dressing doesn’t need anything more than a jar to combine the ingredients in. I love hummus and I love a good homemade salad dressing! So, when I came across this recipe in All You magazine I just had to try it. I don’t “eat clean” all of the time, but this recipe was listed as a “clean” orange hummus salad dressing. It ends up being a little brown in color because of the balsamic vinegar, but don’t let the color alarm you because the taste it divine. This dressing is sweetened with maple syrup as it is a clean dressing, but I have used honey before and it was great. What you need: 3 Tbsp plain hummus 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 3 Tbsp orange juice 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp maple syrup 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (grated with a micro-plane) What you do: Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl and you’re ready to serve over the salad of your choice!
I found this recipe in Cooking Light magazine. I was skeptical about how they would taste, being 500 calories (serving: 2 enchiladas) but, the ingredients seemed pretty straight forward, so I tried it. They were delicious!!
