Fast and Easy No-Rise Time Pizza Dough

By | Italian, Pizza | 3 Comments

Quick and Easy No-Rise Time Pizza Dough  I love pizza. My husband is lactose-intolerant so I don’t really eat it as much as I would like to since he doesn’t eat cheese. Needless to say I don’t want to spend 8 hours making a pizza that I would be the only one eating. I searched for a recipe that was fast and easy. I love this blog called Mel’s Kitchen Cafe. She is listed on my blog under the “blogs I like” section. The link to the original recipe is here. http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2008/01/ode-to-pizza.html What you need: 3 cups flour 1 heaping TBS honey 1 heaping TBS oil 1 cup warm water 1 TBS yeast 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt What you do:  1.  Preheat oven to 475 degrees.I  use a pizza stone and put it in 30 minutes before baking to heat it up so its really hot.2.  Mix all pizza dough…

Sometimes we don’t use the above exact measurements,…
